UPC installation question

    Hi,my mother ordered max with the digital + box from upc today for her place,the lady she was talking to on the phone said that she would be contacted by a courier tomorrow to arrange a time to deliver the box,I always thought upc had to come out and plug the box into the wall for you,is this self install method new or is standard practice now?

    she must have ordered the self install method.

    its easy enough to set it up just plug it into the cable that's at the back of the box you have now.

    you might have to ring them to get channels
