I looking to write a few script to help automate the administration of our Cisco infrastructure.

Will be hoping to script stuff like listing ports on VLANS, moving ports in and out of VLANS, MAC / ARP searching, update Banners, etc.

So I'm not reinventing the wheel, was process / programs do other currently use?

I'm looking into PLink, Putty ,ExtraPutty and full script ; I also want my finial option to be Windows or cross-platform based since I will be rolling this out to other sites that are not Linux savy.
