How do I remove McAfee completely?

    Got a new laptop and of course it has come with McAfee preinstalled. I want to remove it and install AVG instead. I remember doing this with Norton a few years ago and got into all sorts of trouble until I downloaded a removal tool that got rid of every last bit.

    I've been looking online for a removal tool for Mcafee but it's all a bit confusing so am hoping for a bit of advice and maybe a link! :)
