Hi - just wondering if anyone knows of any stores in Cork city or surroundings that those slippers you can pop in the microwave and then keep your feet warm for an hour or so?

I see plenty places to order them online - but I don't have the time to wait for delivery.

Any pointers in the right direction much appreciated.

sorry, i though the OP was a joke. i once put a pair of socks in the microwave. set it for 20 minutes on full power. checked them after ten and things seemed to be going good. they were partially dry with a little bit of steam rising. opened the microwave after 20 minutes and the socks were black and charred. took them out and they more or less just fell apart in my hands.

I saw these before and though it was a bit gross putting something you wear on your feet, and stepping in god know's what....into somewhere you "cook" food....
