Disaronno Darkness

Ingredients:

0.5 Measure Rémy Martin VSOP Cognac (40% abv)*
0.5 Measure Disaronno Amaretto (28% abv)*
Top up Strong Black Coffee
1 Pinch Cocoa Powder
1 Teaspoon Sugar

Method:
Pour the Disaronno Amaretto and Rémy Martin VSOP Cognac into the Heat Resistant glass. Add the coffee and sugar. Stir gently. Dust the surface with the bitter cocoa powder and finish by adding the cream over the back of a spoon to create a layer.
