Long distance from Satellite dish to TV...trouble?

My brother is having a Satellite dish set up. Because of obstruction from trees and the house next door, the dish has to be mounted on the garage. I calculated today that he will need to run at least 25m of cable from the dish to the TV room. Will signal degradation due to this long distance be an issue? Thanks
