E.P.G. on Chorus Sagem cable set top box?

I was wondering if other users have noticed problems with this in the last week. I know that many of you have complained in the past but although slow to load, I found it fairly quick to navigate. Recently, I have found it much slower to navigate and more unstable? to the extent that it can stall when the arrow keys are pressed and can then take off with a mind of its own or exit the e.p.g. altogether. I don't think its the batteries on the remote, so I was wondering if there had been a software upgrade? We had the card swap a few weeks ago, so, possibly, new services may be added?
