Hi,

I ordered a couple of items that seems to be stuck processing and I'm worried that they won't go through at all or that by the time they do it will be too late for Christmas. The number on the website doesn't work and i checked a few old boards.ie posts and found other numbers but no joy either. Has anyone managed to recently get through to them by phone or email?help!

i got through to them last week. i ordered some stuff though them and hadnt recieved it, so i just replyed to the email the sent me saying my product had been dispatched and someone got back to me within 2 days, in one case it was never dispatched so i replied to the email confirming i had ordered the goods. again someone was back to me within 2 days.
