The Merrion Inn are looking to hire "Part-Time Waitresses". Sounds pretty illegal. Shouldn't they say "Waiting Staff" instead?

Possible just bad wording. They might not intend to discriminate.

I think generally theres an unsoken rule that men are allowed to be discriminated against especially in any job working in a bar. The ex girlfriend quit her job and had 3 different jobs despite having no experience. A pretty face is more valuable than experience or qualifications for some jobs.
