Best piercing place in cork

    hey,
    this is my first time getting a piercing, a lip piercing, probably a ring, and im looking for the best place in cork to get it done because of the obvious concerns regarding such a procedure such as infection and swelling. i'd like to go to the best place possible without reprocussions like infection, anyone help me out?

    any replies and advice warmly welcomed
