UPC & Changing Package

Does anyone know if UPC are open to discussion/negociation when it come to changing packages and adding second boxes? I am completely cabled and just need the box but not paying €50 to have it "installed". I am out of my 12 month contract and want to change packages but will not pay another "install" fee. Thanks!

Well to answer my own question the answer is No! UPC are a shower of planks. The cannot send out a second box without a €50 install charge...because the cable might be broken.....despite the fact I can pick up my existing box and plug it in and I know it works....but that doesn't cut it for customer service bod....it is IMPOSSIBLE to do that! Amazing:mad:
