Having to go out, when it IS crap out, and a bit late for work, and pick up the bins that have blown half way across the back

listening to other people's "true - honest to God (I'll tell you a better one)" stories this morning of monsoon conditions, where they had to abandon the car, get their inflatible dingy and paddle through the raging rivers that was once the road outside their house, save 4 dogs, 3 kittens, a rare breed of wilderbeast, get the old lady's (who lives at the end of the road) pension....
and yet, arrive in work - dry.

Like: Playing hunt the bins. Any excuse for being a few more minutes late for work! gotta shorten the day somehow.
