I got NTL digital installed over the weekend but it is black and white even when I try different scart leads. Anyone got any advice?

Make sure you're outputting from the correct scart output on the back of the box (i'm not sure about the newer ones, but the older ones had a TV output and a VCR output).
Also, in the Picture settings in the NTL box, make sure it's set to RGB.
Then in the back of the TV, make sure it's in an RGB Port (check the tv's manual to see which of the scart ports are RGB enabled - not all scart ports are)

Is you TV set to PAL or AUTO (Could be set to NTSC) ?
