    Spec ops is pretty fun, but is this the new thing for consoles.

    Shooter games having this side games were essentially you just shoot stuff to bits, I know its good fun and a nice addition, but it seems that its like ment to be a filler for the lack of single player length.

    Take Gears of war 2, world at war and now cod6, they are great and all, but I dont think they should be a replacement for story single player campaigns.

    If i remember correctly, the old MGS games for the ps2 used to have these kind of missions and training, weapons stuff too... don't think it's a replacement, it's just a very good addition.
