Problems getting matches

Is anybody else getting this problem? When I join a lobby of a match, my mic. symbol isnt' there and before it even gets a host, I'm kicked. This has happened about 10 times in a row now and it's extremly annoying!! :mad: And I've an open NAT type What's going wrong!!?

Yeh was happening me a good few times today
Or when i went to join my mates game in progress the lobby showed up and i had no mic and then it wouldnt join the actual game
