Some MW2 Tonight

Few of us TiG guys playing this now, just for fun mind, and I know a few others have picked it up on Boards.ie.

Is anyone interested in getting together for games tonight. I have to work a night shift tomorrow night so intend playing into the wee hours. Post on here if interested with your steam name and we'll try and get something sorted.

Do it Cully you know you want too. Yes thinking of games from 9PM to the early hours. If you have a mic and TS then we can do that too, seeing as most have the in game voices muted.

I remember you guys playing Playing battlefield vietnam / BF 2.

Anyways just got the game yesterday and gonna try to see how bad/good the multiplayer is so add me down;

steam name: fuzzy dunlop

If its bad then back to Team Fortress 2 and CTF_2Fort kinda my second home that map.:p

I mighta picked it up wrong but I thought there wasnt servers and it was basically a random 9v9 or sumfin if went to play. If it is the case how all meant to get in the same match??

We can invite each other to a group, and join a game then.

Yeah you simply build a party of all your friends and then just click find a game, the system then finds other players and starts the game.

Jaysus the Demolition mode is brilliant.
Its like CS or S&D but you respawn, makes for some great firefights and choke points.

i just setup a proxy and i was right ! its $59.99 on the US site, and €59.99 on the EU site !

Ya, Steam has a $=€ system, which is pretty ****in stupid.

Looks like we'll have a fair number anyway. I'll probably be on from 8pm onwards, so whoever wants to start it, i'll be ready to go then.

I'm generally a whipping boy in these games, so i expect a healthy dose of insults flung my way. I will knife someone in the back though.

If you want to use TS then you will need to assign a "push to talk" key and also use headphones, no speakers pse.
