Porting from Vodafone to O2

Hi Folks, I am Vodafone Pre-pay and want to port across to O2 Pre-pay. I ordered an O2 sim which was delivered today. Can I do the port over the phone or do I have to fill in a form? My number is registered with Vodafone if that makes a difference. Cheers Jason:)

If you ring 1850 601747 from your vodafone number they should port it for you tomorrow
