    Not for sale on steam (for download) until the 12th for some reason. Its a rip-off anyway at €60.

    Maybe not PS3 but COD3 can be downloaded on the 360 from the games on demand feature. Its only a matter of time before MW1 and 2 are up on it.

    yeah that's because 360 lost its piracy protection i think, opened the door to em for Games on Demand. albeit tentatively..

    Critereon (Burnout devs) had a long winded, long term plan of developing Paradise for a few years, so part of that deal of consistent DLC was to have it as a download. Instead of having it as a disk-based "install" idea they had it as a more controlled PSN store download

    still, i wonder how they passed the loophole lots of games are long winded possibilities with all the DLC these days. particularly a COD.. in terms of lifespan anyhow - yeah i guess its the DLC doled out long term a few map packs don't cut it
