Have the basic 15/16 channel package. Got a new telly recently (Panasonic Viera Widescreen), its only picking up about 5/6 after tuning. Discovery Channel, Living, SkyOne, BBC2 and city channel. Anyway I can get the resst of my channels. Going to change the package soon but would like my channels til then:)
Also does any have a direct email address for NTL as I might get that 70 channel package?? On their website you have to give an account number which I don't have and will have to wait til the next bill to know it

Looks like you bought a TV with a UHF only tuner. NTL channels are VHF/UHF.

Is there anything I can do or have NTL fix?

Back to the TV shop, I'm afraid. If you subscribe to Digital that will resolve it for you, but you will have to watch everything through the Digital box.

Ah, if it has to be done..............

Would rather get the digital box than pay a probably high fee in the a Telly shop

Last time I get a telly cheap in ASDA up north
