UPC, recorded programs have been wiped

    I have a UPC box and had quite a few programs saved on it. Tonight it was acting up, kept freezing and switching off.
    I press the reset button at the back and it came back on but now everthing I had saved has been wiped off.

    Any ideas or am I fecked?
