    Sam is a very annoying little so and so, one minute she's happy the next she's basically down and out,people like that give me a headache!

    You really get the impression Bill hates Steve, ever since his very reasonable northside/ southside comment in the HB task. Definitely not something to do with the fact he's english as well.
