    Hi,

I have a 12-month subscription to UPC TV, 9 of which have elapsed. I am moving house next month and am not sure if UPC will be available in the area where I move to.

My question is will I have to pay an extra charge because I have not seen out the entire 12-month contract if, in my new house, I cannot receive UPC or can I get away with it given that it is beyond my control?

Any advice is much appreciated, thanks!

I'm open to correction, but from reading the (vague) contract that I signed: they expect you to pay out the 12 months.

just tell them you're leaving the country and they wont charge you for the extra months.I canceled mine after 6 months about 2 years and there was no problem and my friends did it as well and i got charged nothing just give them a months notice..
