Halloween night last night...

Hello, my first thread here... so im wondering about Halloween last night...its often an eventful night for many people so post your story of last night if you have one to tell...the good the bad and the ugly will do fine, all recall of halloween last night is welcome..

mine was great, fancy dress, hit town, great atmosphere no trouble or drunks witnessed and party afterwards with a load of randomers...not a story to tell exactly but im sure plenty of people have some...

I worked til 23.25, went home, had some herb, watched a bit of tv and went to bed.

Normal saturday really.

Had some Chicken + Chips from the Chippy. Watched my new Dubliners DVD, watched The Impression Show on BBC1 (It was good!). Spent rest of night on boards. Got a thread closed. Thought about doing coursework, thought 'fuck it and had a **** instead.'.

sometimes there is no difference, but yes it was a member of the opposite sex and the crisps were cheese and onion.

Was at the rocky horror show for the first time in the sugar club. Enjoyed myself but after the show a DJ came on and the music was not very good so we moved on. We didn't stay for the burlesque/cabaret because we had seen the performers before.

I stayed in and wrote a 1000 word essay for sociology

Then my brother rang me because he was in town last night. He told me the bus he was on got battered with rocks, sweets and a teddy bear. 3 windows were shattered.

So yeah, just an oridnary Saturday night.

i was going to make a thread like this.

went out at about half six.....stayed at 1 bonfire til 8......
then went to another one miles away til 3 or4 am....
then slept in somones house....didnt know them at all.
so i got up at 11 got a bowl of cereal and left before they got up....now im at home after walking for an hour and getting a lift for 20 minutes.

i dont know what i got up too after about 9......but im sure ill be told on monday

Watched a movie with a friend -- Trick r Treat ---- rubbish ....

Got the bus home ... did some people watching .. some were dressed up as nuns and demons that was funny...

no major incidents in my area ... well it's a quiet enough area ...

anyone got any photos of the afermath ?

Got up about half three. Was in a strange bed. Made the biggest breakfast ever. Sat there for a while waiting for my brain to work. Drove home. Drank a bottle of wine. Watched dead set. Fell asleep.

After knocking on my non-national neighbour's door at midnight to ask to turn the blaring music down that the baby was screaming and would not settle and being told to F off while slaming the door in my face i soon went camly to my shead, got the oul stanley blade and let some air out of all his tyres (he had way too much air in them anyway;)) and when i tried to put some break fliud into the resivour because that needed topping up, i accidently spilled some all over the car, oops, silly me, i cant wait until he asks if i know anything about it.:D

I was supposed to be working till 11 but we closed at 9 due to it not being busy. So I rang up a few ppls and got ready for town.
I had no time to dress up so I improvised and tried to spike my hair so that I could pass as 'Jedward' from Xfactor. That failed so I gave up and put on an Afro wig. Then ironically everybody though I was some guy called 'Jamie Afro' also from Xfactor.

(I don't actually watch Xfactor just to clarify.)

I am reasonable, tried other alternatives like guards(wast of time) landlords and knocking on the door, if it was one night ok but EVERY friday and sat night till all hours of the morning and my car was damaged when a fight broke out outside his house a while ago so F him, What would you do, act like a P***y and say hi with a big smile on your face every time you see them?

Yes, obviously acting like a Pussy was the only other alternative you had.

You realize you could be done for Criminal Damage if they report you? Also what you did is not going to make them any less likely to play loud music again. In fact it might only antagonize them. All you accomplished was venting a bit of spiteful anger and in the process ran the risk of getting yourself in to trouble with the law.

I understand how horribly frustrating it is when neighbors behave like this but I cannot accept that this was the most reasonable course of action available to you at the time.
