Ulster Bank are replacing all ATM /Laser/cheque guarantee cards with a new Visa Debit card...does anyone know if ryanair will accept this card as Visa electron and thus save €10 credit card fee?

I highly doubt it - a Visa Debit card is not a Visa Electron.

The card is accepted everywhere that Visa credit card is accepted, but not Visa Electron.

You could always try www.entropay.com - Search this forum, it has been discussed extensively.
