self portrait with 10 second timer, I have no cable release

135mm @f2, I focused on the top a chair then moved the lens upwards, went to the chair and moved it back and placed a mark(my bicycle spanner) on the floor. pressed the shutter and had 10seconds to sit on the chair and line my eyes up with the spanner on the floor and hope for the best! I think I got it, eyebrows are in focus anyway!
