    Heard on the radio this mornin that SPER are seeking further powers to suspend your licence for ANY unpaid fine.

    now first off they really cant suspend your licence in the first place, only the Court can do that, most people dont know this and just go along with it.

    but Suspendingyour driving licence for an unpaid littering Fine

    This strikes me as a bit unconstitutional to say the least

    anyone got any thoughts

    Well, I'm goin round to me baristers Gaff this evenin for a few beers, so I'd be guesin that this might just come up in conversation.

    if we unearth anything interestin regardin fine avoidance/avosion I'll be sure to let ye know ;)
