cancelling UPC/Chorus

Could someone let me know the up to date address for cancelling UPC tv ? Not sure if these letters need to go to Limerick (Chorus) or whether all that stuff is centralised in Dublin since UPC took over Chorus/NTL.

I was told when I rang Brian in customer services in UPC that any email sent to the above email address may not be acted on for 3 days, but they would respect the customers wishes from the date the email was sent. And they say on their automated answering machine that they have won an internet award!

took them 2 weeks to contact me. And it was a saturday morning they rang!
