How to reboot vista

Hello, My laptop has recently crashed and will refuse to boot up again despite my trying all the usual methods i.e. safe mode etc. I was told that rebooting Vista may be my only option left but I do not seem to have a boot disk. Does anybody know how I may obtain boot disk?

You mean rebuild no?

Check the screen on start up, there should be something like "press X for recovery options" It may be configured to do a factory restore.

What make is the laptop?
