Anyone know of somewhere in Melbourne that has used bikes for sale? or is gumtree my best bet?

other than gumtree , you could try ebay, just use the search options on the left and enter your postcode and select within say 25k of where you live , if you bide your time and have a limit that you are willing to pay then you could get a steal !!

Only other one I'd really use would be the Trading Post. www.tradingpost.com.au/

I bought one on eBay around 2 months ago, although Gumtree seemed to have plenty too.
