Help needed with lease

    so here's my situation...i'm think i could be leavin my course as it it definitely isnt for me.. problem is i'm stayn in a certain student residence n dublin, hav signed a 9 month lease but hav only paid 1st instalment 4 up ta xmas.. it says on d website in the event of early vacation ur legally obliged 2 pay the 2nd installment regardless of the situation... can i walk away or will i hav 2 pay the 2nd installment? please help

    On the face of it yes, you will need to pay. However, talk to them and see if something can be arranged.

    I agree, some administrations are flexible when enough notice is given so contact the agent or administration who handled the agreement.
