UPC Thomson DVR - New icon on info bar?

I have noticed that there is a little "play" (triangular shape) icon on the top middle of the info bar when pressing the OK button on my UPC remote. Anyone know if this had always been there and/or what does it mean?

Look closer ... there's two of them, one at the extreme left and one to the right oif centre. They've always been there, and are to indicate that you can scroll through the now/next EPG using the left and right arrow keys.

You are of corse so right... Need to open my eyes next time I switch on the telly-box at 08:20 on a Sunday morning...
