    Hmm I dont know but im sure you could use a proxy.

    well im Larkfield and whenever I try to torrent it just doesn't download... like no seeders or peers or anything
    I just try to get what I need at the weekend when I go home

    i used a proxy but it wont connect to the peers.

    Without some messing about no, you cannot use bittorrent while on campus. Discussion of this topic is also not allowed on the forum so I suggest you look elsewhere.
