hello i am currently in my 4th and final year in TCD and doing my project.
I have been giving the title:

Develop a commercial building frame that could be redeveloped

"It is a feature of modern development that many buildings are demolished and replaced before they have reached their design life. Such replacement is often to accommodate a change in use of the building. The objective of this project is to design a building structure that could be redeveloped without necessitating removal and replacements of the building"

so ive been reading up on past projects in the engineering library and looking up articles relating to the title on EngineeringVillage.org that have been pretty useful.I am just wondering does anyone know any books that would be useful to me,or any companies that specialise in this form of building design. any enlightenment on the topic would be great!thanks :)
