I need to make a decision to either to get the zoom g2 or the zoom g1x.The main reason I want to get the g1x is because it has the pedal but im not sure if I should get the g2 instead, what ye think?

The expression pedal will let you use proper wah, as well as volume stuff and pitch bending (but I don't know exactly what these pedals can do, so don't quote me on that). What're the other differences between the units?

But neither are very good pedals. What effects do you want? You'd be better off deciding what effects you like and getting them in individual boxes.

I agree, i think everyone has a zoom pedal lying around somewhere that no one will buy off them, dont make the mistake. Same applies to beringer. Sh1t

Not always true! They make great clones of otherwise very dear pedals. They're cheap, yes, but they sound good. This argument's been had before.

I used to own a g2.1u, not great to be honest, for the same price you could get a boss ME50 second hand, much better and wont break as easily. However individual pedals are better, but more expensive
