Cheap File and Print Servers

    I am looking for around 5 or 6 cheap F&P servers, which will probably replicate between 2 and 6 local PCs in a location. They might also run a/v and maybe some form of web filtering. I am looking for cheap and cheerfull, 3 mb ram, 2 * 1TB disk for mirroring. Dont think I need rendundant power or anything like that. They will be running 24*7 * 365 so they need to be server class components.

    Any advice.....

    3mb RAM - I hope thats a typo :-)

    Have a look at Dell servers - You can pick up the basic models for very little these days.

    As for file and print services, A/V & web filtering - What are you familiar with Windows or Linux?

    Joe, yes a typo 2-3Gb, Windows, probably Win Server 2003 but would be interested in Win Server 2008, read only version for DCs. I will be only using the servers for replicating files from betwen 3 - 6 machines per location.
