Hi, Been drumming( am 25) now bout 7-8 years. Haven't played properly for bout 2-3 years but trying to get back into it. When i do play and i love to play punk and fast rock but find that the tops of my arms( right arm mainly) (am righted handed) gets really really sore and tired. And i have to stop for a bit. This is ok…

Hi,

When i do play and i love to play punk and fast rock but find that the tops of my arms( right arm mainly) (am righted handed) gets really really sore and tired. And i have to stop for a bit. This is ok when o practice on my own but if i play with people and have to play and play and play im in agony.

Does anybody suffer the same or have any ideas on this?
