Which mustard to have with fish

I had some home made cod goujons presented to me this evening and they were lovely. Oven baked and coated with crunchy breadcrumbs and polenta - I ate about a stone of them.

While I was crunching through them I had a hankering for something a bit spicy and piquant but when I tried English mustard it destroyed the flavour of the fish. Ballymaloe whole-grain mustard was too tart, and the Lakeshore Honey mustard was too sweet. I think I need something citrussy but based on a European mustard blend. Any suggestions?

Gods help me I cannot decide whether replying to a query about mustard is more griss for the mill of enraptured absurdity that is boards or the most life affirming thing I will do all day. Anyways Lidl offer a triumvirate of little mustard pots: dijon, wholegrain and parsley. The parsley variety is very nice on fish.
