Do UPC monitor their output ?

Starpoint Radio 921 on the EPG has been a blank carrier for the last 2 weeks - the station is still open While LFCTV has been a blank EPG for the last 7 weeks ! Does anybody at UPC monitor the output or do they wait until a customer phone them up to complain....
