DCU Mail - Help

http://www.dcu.ie/iss/dcuapps/ - I've been trying to login here for a week and it hasnt worked yet. Alot of my mates got emails from DCU which i cant get into. My Portal page and Old Mail all work but this wont. Help?

Same for me, I sent an email to helpdesk@dcu.ie and it was working the next day.
