As of this morning the Channel 4 On Demand service is now available for users in the Republic of Ireland.

Gotta give credit to C4. I had emailed them earlier in the year to complain about the withdrawl of the service, they did respond. However, this morning a follow up email arrived in my inbox, stating service was back. Wasn't expecting them to keep me on file. Great customer care!

nice one, will probably now see a return of the 'you are now approching your download limit' emails again

and +1 one for the comment on the beeb, although they will probably also make the agruement about the licence fee again

Good on C4, though I had got around the problem by using a proxy server and can get iPlayer also tho' I don't know if this is totally legal:rolleyes:
