Did it move to collooney? It used to be here in Dromahair and I loved the food there!

Blimey that was quick! Maybe he's put the stock in his sons shop (the second hand shop in Ballymote).

Ah that makes sense, it says the stuff is in the Mundys alright.

Thought he had just off loaded it and cut his stick.

Ah, so I'm not losing my mind - spent 20 minutes wandering the village looking for it!

And make Dublin some kind of hideous city-monster.

Sounds really reasonable when you read this:

    http://www.sligochampion.ie/news/option-for-sligo-dhl-workers-1796191.html

But it sounds like a sweetner to me, that service partners but if it works it will be better then no work I suppose.

There were still vans going in and out of it today in Finisklin. Probably the last of their deliveries.

Where's the nearest depot so? Missed a delivery from DHL recently and had to collect it in their depot.

Cant remember if it's been said or not but I only noticed yesterday that Plush Interiors have closed down and the unit is completely empty. They were at the back of Quayside beside Dominoes Pizza.
Does anyone know if they moved somewhere else or not?

Wheelers fast food restaurant in Grange has closed abruptly. Staff informed by phone that it was gone.

Think some of the furniture is in the window of BTW opp Brooks. Nialls wife was involved in plush so may be moving some stock from there.

Clancys Spar supermarket in Ballisodare has closed as well!

That was inevitable and I cannot have any pity for him.

Went there for about a year, the service was slow, the stock levels were pitiful at times and he had a terrible attitude towards his customers.

Is that the relatively new large Spar at the roundabout?

No that is the shop that closed them down, I think it is Supervalu. Glancys was the Spar

Very clean and professional in there.

Owned by the same guy who has Cecils in Collooney

He had an ATM and people would go in and get money and go down to Supervalu to shop.I think he just threw in the towel in the end!

His hardware section was a gem though ...especially for passionate bodgers like me. You could rummage around there for ages and find intriguing thingymabobs that absolutely HAD to be bought even though I had no clue what they did or were meant to do :D

Plus he had parking behind the shop ...which was great

Has Gary's Cycles on the quays closed?
I was there today and the place is locked and in darkness, although there was lots of stock inside.
Flanagans in the Market Yard was also closed although a notice said it only opens on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Best place for a bicycle must be away from Sligo. (not Halfords!)

That would be Cecil Whiteside , I have yet to go in there and not get loads of stuff that would be on offer 2for1 etc, great store and a great guy to be running it, and the staff say so too.

Thanks, that would explain it: I went there on Monday.
It would have been helpful if he had a notice about opening times in the window.
