    Hey

Bought a Seymour Duncan Hotrails pup from a chap in England about a month ago and still havent received it despite paying for it immediatley.

I mailed the guy about 4 times once I noticed it wasnt coming and he just got back to me 2 days ago citing probs with his internet connection for not picking up his mail sooner. He said he posted it 10 days ago and that he cant understand why it hasnt arrived yet.

His feedback is solid and somehow I dont think he is dodgy, but if this is lost in the post or some such, what options do I have???

Think this might get moved to the online buying and selling forum?

Anyway to answer your question if you havn't received it then file a dispute asap and follow up, its tough on the seller if its lost in the post but if he didn't send it registered or doesn't have proof of delivery then you can escalate the dispute to a claim and should get your money back, but beware there is a time limit so don't leave it forever.

I would be a bit worried tbh...
You can only file a dispute if you paid by Paypal AFAIK. Also Paypal charge you if ypu win a dispute
Let him know you are going to file a dispute if the goods dont show in, say, 7 days. That gives him a chance to fix the problem first.
