    Hi all

    I am wondering if anybody can please help with the following:rolleyes:, I know a guy (25) who is hoping to do his final (4th) year in Quantity Surveying. The thing is he has just found out he is NOT intitled to The Dole or BETA
    Anyway besides that he is hoping to do it Part-time or Distance learning(within Ireland.. U.K seems to be V.expensive) in order to complete this 4th year.
    Has anybody got any ideas of where this might be possible:confused:
