Magicbox DAB radio

I purchases a magicbox dab radio last week. I am unable to get any channels through it part from using the FM mode. The instruction manual says that the radio should do a local scan and a full scan but the radio does not pick up. Anyone any ideas thanks a million

Yip. No DAB radio available in Westmeath. Don't hold your breath for it to happen either.
