Electricity Monitoring devices

I need some help trying to choose a device to monitor my power consumption. Has anyone used either of these two devices? The OWL monitor looks like a nice choice because it's wireless. Get the Owl.

It also has a cool USB add on to log the data to your computer also.

We have been using both in the lab for a few months now.

Sounds great. I presume it can be configured to calculate costs in Euros easily enough?
