Not sure whether to go for the arione or the pave (in white) for my bianchi.

l'm thinking the pave might be more comfortable than the arione but less..........fred perhaps?

Both seem to be quite different contour wise.

Comfort is my no 1 concern so any weight saving is not an issue.

ls the wing flex feature any use or just a gimmick?

Has anyone planted their derriere on both?

    l'd appreciate any info on

    Comfort
    Visual Appeal
    Euroness (obviously)

I have an Arione on my TT bike. Love it. Usually ride Selle Italia SLR's, but the Arione is definitely more comfortable.

That being said, a former pro rider I know prefers the Pave and won't ride anything else. Whilst one of our riders sold his Arione because he didn't like it and got an Alliante instead.

So I guess no-one here can really answer your question apart from telling you what works for them.

Pave all the way, most comfortable saddle I've ever had and still looks the part, I appreciated the new found comfort so much I bought another one for my hacker - wing flex seems to be the secret ingredient - highly recommended
