What's being built next to the N22 near Bishopstown?

    There's some civil engineering work going on next to the N22 out of Cork (the road to Macroom) near Bishopstown, with a couple of large cranes. While there's a NDP sign presumably saying what's going on short of stopping, it's too small to read.

    Anyone know what they're up to? Is this perhaps the Park and Ride for the western side of the city?
