Soldat: Single Player Modification!?

    Well, Im going to cut this short seeing as I have a deep dank feeling that this idea will just flop, as mine usually do, but I've been talking to a few people and have come to the conclusion that despite Soldat being a rather "OK" game (for a run and shoot and get kills and stuff type thing) it would make for a rather brilliant Single Player Mod, seeing as it's so simple and would be easy to contribute to... I mean, come on, as it is Soldat is a mix of CS, Worms and Cannon Fodder, hence a SP version could be moulded into something simply great!

    If I could just find someone who was willing to screw around with the engine / programming I would get my idea filled head cracked open and offer them to said person whilst making maps for it etc etc etc

    Does such a person exist?

    Well its good idea i suppose but the coding will be its downfall mainly because no one can do it :D Drake might be in a years time when he gets some of his course done.

    I will never play Soldat. I watched ppl play it at the montylan and cant for the life of me see the appeal.

    Don't knock what you haven't experienced, mate...

    I was the same - Got dragged to Angel's House for him to show his 'new game' and it turned out to be a bunch of little men shooting eachother... I never saw the appeal - That is until I got the feel of the Spas-12 (Me being the shotty fanatic of everything).

    If no-one can do the code, then sod it - Back to the VAR Mod.
