Just wondering, I'm interested in an item on eBay and someone has left positive feedback on the same item (seller has a few of same) Can I contact that buyer and ask them questions about it? I can't find a proper answer to this, I hope its okay to post here!

Yes you can. I have never done this but i was once contacted by someone asking about an item i bought.

However i am not sure about this but i think the item has to be on your watched list before you cant contact someone. Ebay will stop you contacting other sellers out of the blue in case you are trying to pitch offline sales to them
