You should check out the Open University or keep an eye on local schools and community centres over the next few weeks. The autumn evening class schedules usually go out around the beginning of September.

I know somebody did such a course at the Independent College in Dublin.

He spoke very highly of it, the course was approx. 10-12 weeks.
